I decided to end leaning diet,since i am pleased with results,i wanna have a head start on BULKING so i can lean out again early in march........i am 160 now 5'9 can someone help me write a bulking diet and also if not
how much protein/carb/fat to take??


will I explode again and get the fat i lost back,or can i look somwha lean as long as its clean??

I would take a week or two to gradually raise calories. If you were dieting hard, your metabolism probably slowed somewhat.

You are about where I was a few months ago when I started bulking, and the calorie/breakdown you gave is about where I ended up bulking (~3000 calories).

Actually, you probably need LESS protein when bulking, at least in the absence of AS. Anything above about 1 gram/lbs will basically be used as an expensive, inefficient source of carbs. But having said that, I was eating about 250 g/protein anyway. Next time around, I'll take the couple of weeks to also gradually reduce my protein intake.
 
Today i celebrated my 1st cheat day ,havent cheated on the diet,tommorow its back to normal healthy eating but slowly goin to raise calories:)
