Posted by a friend on another board, I suggest everyone who cares sends an e-mail complaining to the manager there and also report them to paypal and anything or anyone else they can think of. Here's his post:
Just wanted you all to know what happens if you deal with pharmagroup. Not only are they a scammer but then they threaten to release all your info including what you ordered in an attempt to cause legal problems. By all means bring it on.
We have recently received a notification from PayPal You have made a payment claim and/or disputed the payment with Your credit card issuer.
We are sorry to hear You have chosen solving the delivery problem with Your order by filing this payment claim, and hereby break the user agreement You accepted when placing Your order with our service.
It is now our duty to inform You of following important issues You will be subjected to since this payment claim has been filed instead of trying to solve the problem directly with Pharma Group:
1) Your personal and order privacy will be given up, as we will answer this claim the fullest possible way and forward all correspondence between You and Pharma Group, Your complete order information with shipping address, requested products, etc., to PayPal and any other financial institution involved.
2) You hereby directly break Your user agreement with Pharma Group and our disclaimer (section 16), which You have accepted, endorsed and agreed to be bound to when You placed Your order (by clicking OK to the inquiry with submitting Your order). You did also agree not to make any payment disputes for any reasons in contradiction to our disclaimer, which is considered fraudulent and gives reason to prosecution (by clicking OK to the inquiry with choosing method of payment through PayPal when placing Your order). This means, You are giving up Your right to any type of solution and help from Pharma Group to Your order problem, and we will refuse to deal with and give You any assistance in the delivery of Your order and/or any reshipment. Apart from this, should You not cooperate in following the user agreement, by not removing this payment claim, You will by refused any future orders with Pharma Group (section 16 in our ‘Disclaimer’) indefinitely.
Should You reconsider this action and decide to cooperate in solving this issue, You are more than welcome to contact us at [email protected] .
Hoping for You to help us helping You with this and any future order/shipment problems experienced, as we would look forward to Your continued use of the Pharma Group service and products.

so he used them again. As for others its because they advertise so much. We really need to get the message accross to newbies if not more.
havent heard any of those rumours but I havent been online much lately so dont know the up to date on UK news
