A buddy of mine asked me to look into pro hormones for him. I'm a Bio major but I hardly know anything about PH/steroids yet. He's been training for seven years now, has tried a bunch of creatine and NO products, and feels he's ready to try out something stronger. I personally think he hasn't reached his natural peak yet, but if he is gonna jump on something I at least want it to be a safe doseage with adequate PCT - post cycle therapy - - post cycle therapy - .
I've been reading up on a couple forums the past few weeks, but the more I read the more confused I get with all these products that are out now, plus I have to weed out the companies who are selling bullshit products, or worse, the companies who have steroids in their 'pro hormone' supp and don't tell you which leads to inadequate PCT on your end.
Anyway, he's looking to start off with something light, something that can be run for 4-8 weeks. Main requirement is minimal side effects, most importantly he needs a product that doesn't convert to dihydrotestosterone or a derivative, and also minimal bloat. Obviously with a weaker product there will be smaller gains but he's expecting that.
I found this post here: http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/b...ormone-info-longread-newb-overview-67545.html but it's from '01 so the recommended stacks on there are probably outdated and a lot of the products probably aren't even around right now, but it's an awesome post to answer all the first questions you would ask when getting into pro hormones.
Cliff Notes: What's a good pro hormone for a first-timer?
