**PGF-A inder the skin?**

can oyu take this stuff under the skin? like in the abs?and do oyu have to shot each side of the abs?i know this guy that might take it and needs to burn the fat off the abs...i said start at 1/4cc then 1/2cc then back down to 1/4cc and how many weeks...4-8 weeks any good?and when do you take it?and i told him not to take it while on the jucie....

Although I have never tried it, subcontanious (sp?) injections are fine. I have read quite a bit of literature stating that abdominal cramps and intestine cramping is severly raised when injected this close. I believe one member was using it in the bi's and delts and was still losing around the waist. I'm not convinced that the fat burning effects are only localized.

I know someone that just rubbed it on his abs and lost fat. It absorbs transdermally. I also know guys that injected, but it's extremely painful. Into the muscle would be the worst muscle pain along with the abdominal cramps, but even just shooting under the skin would give the bad intestinal cramps and they would be worse than other injections.

I wouldn't suggest shooting it even close to the abs.
I lost a whole load of fat around the midsection, as Organon Canon said... while shooting in the arms and shoulders.
I know a few guys have shot into the abs... and I'm not sure if it worsened the abdominal cramps/shits and so on. But you wanna keep it as far away from the intestinal area as you can.
I lost a great deal of fat around my waist. The fat burning properties are not just localized to the areas of injection.

beware that w/ sub-q injections...side effects come quicker and more intense.....i did it in the sides and dont htink the cramping was to much worst just remember the flu like-cold in throat coming on fast and furious....
