Personal Training in Rehab Facility

Hey guys has anyone worked in a rehab facility? I have one that wants to hire me as a trainer there. Hours are easy to work in to my schedule, just never done it at a rehab center. Little concerned about liability and not sure how rehab centers would work this.....
