Anyone here a Personal Trainer or have one? How much does it usually cost to have a your own personal trainer?

I'm a personal trainer and it is around a dollar a minute. It depends on what area you live in and what gym you are at (a chain or a personally owned gym).

dollar a minute or per hour... dollar per hour sounds better

yes, thats right usually goes around 60 an hour for a personal trainer. the one i use to use back in the day started me off on cardio before my workout to get my blood pumping . that was about 10-15 dollars right there

I live in Jersey, and it varies between 60-90 per hour based on experience and certification level, or degree.

That's because he/she was lazy. I ask my clients to come in a little early to get their warm up out of the way... well the ones I enjoy training anyway.

Dollar per hour may sound better to you....but a dollar a minute is better for me

I never have people do cardio on my time, that is just laziness on the trainers part.

cardio is theirs
stretching is theirs

though I incorporate both many times as needed through the workout. it reinforces cardio intensity and correct stretches that they need to do.

Depends on the gym...$60 an hour is average....we have package plans where I train .
