Personal Trainer Courses?

I was wondering what are the best courses to take for personal training?(from your experience) I have only read about and heard of the ACE and ISSA courses. What are the quality of these courses? Which one is better? Are they worth taking? If not what is the best route too learn the business and get a job? And are there anyother ones that I dont know about, online or not, that would lead me in the best direction in becoming a personal trainer?
Thank You.

NSCA-the exam is more difficult and u can realy lear something .
ACSM -is more focus on rehabilitation and thigs like theat but still a great exam and u have a practical test with a commision
NASM is ok but the course is not that complex as the two

Jessie, I would highly recommend any one of these. These are all accredited.

ACSM, NASM, NSCA, NCSF, NFPT, ACE, CI, SCIRION...

Also consider ISSA (I don't think they are accredited, but they are good.)

Look at each of these, and find out which is best for you. I hope this helps!

Regards,

Jim

I have ACE, Bally's told me they liked ACE, so I read the book and passed the test and they never hired me. So I really don't know what the best certificate is. IMO most of them are kinda worthless, but I felt I need a piece of paper to get hired, but it didn't work out for me yet.
