This is me currently. I have lost 40 lbs since november of last year, going from 195 and probably 25+% bodyfat then to my current weight of 155 (unsure what my BF% is now). I ate 1300 clean calories everyday and biked 30 minutes on a stationary bike I bought to drop the weight. I am now on a personal quest to put on 20+ lbs of lean muscle in the next 8 months.
I have been building a base using just a pair of 40 lb dumbbells and a bench and working out intensely for the past month. I reduced my cardio to only twice a week and I'm now eating an additional 1500 calories a day. I know I'm not much to look at right now but I'll keep this thing updated to show my progress.
