Personal free web site hosts?

Any reco's on a good site where I could host a personal (non-business) web page? I would like it to have it's own name (or at least have its name in the URL) and be interactive and able to host photos.

The elite free site (which I can't make another page for) and http://www.50megs.com/ are the best free sites that I have used being that they both load pretty quick and don't kill you with pop ups.

Dreamhost is not free but it's pretty cheap and easy to use. Every now and then they have a sale on some plans. I think I paid like $10-20 for an entire year.
