Permanent ligament damage from winstrol?

Well, my elbow is killing me. Will the dryness result in damage on joint tissue, or is it just painful?
 
How much winny have you been taking? ED or EOD? Oral or injectable? What else are you using with it? Oh! And how long have you been using the winny?
 
if you tear a ligament while on winny its not magically gonna heal after you stop the winny.. be careful

go get it looked at if you think its serious.
 
Everytime I run winny I always use deca whether it is NPP or decanoate. Also, you need to use loads of Glucosamine/condrointin, MSM is also fabulous on the joints
 
I'll go for MSM and lots of cod liver oil, and try to get through 2 more weeks. My strength gains are amazing, which makes the pain even worse. My working sets are up 15kgs bench press :)).
I'm on 50mg ED + 50mg ED turanabol.
 
i would be very careful especially adding more and more weight..

your muscles are getting stronger and stronger while your connective tissue is getting weaker and weaker..

That's what's bothering me too. I'm not doing any 1RMs. Hopefully I won't pop a tendon or anything then. But then again, now that I'm increasing like crazy, it would definately suck to hold myself down :(.

hence winstrol is best stacked with eq or primo to improve collegen synthesis
 
Exactly what am I risking by going high-intensity on this painful winstrol? Can I pop something? Or will my bones 'wear down' due to lack of 'lube' or whatever? :/
I can tolerate pain if it's just the pain:).

yes you can tear something easily....as someone said your muscles get stronger and ligaments are left behind staying weaker. becarefull with it...
 
Hm. I've had the pain since day one, regardless of what I lift too. Now I'm doing 10x130kgs bench. I used to do 5x130kg. I have 4 weeks worth of winstrol, 2 weeks to go. Will it heal up if I skip winny for 2 weeks and go turanabol-only? :s

bro i cant tell u if it will heal.....deca will help u..but its too late for that...
 
i agree it def. should be stacked with eq or deca..

bro you could lift tomorrow and even use less weight then you did last week and 'pop' a tendon. they are getting weaker and weaker and you are continuing to stress them
 
Then winstrol sucks! :'((
What to do then? Give it one more week of training on turanabol-only, then pause? All that power out of the window.. :(
 
Question, im about to start an EQ and Winny cycle so can i get by with just EQ as far as keeping joint pain down or should i go ahead and throw 200mgs of Deca in there just for joint pain a week im only running winny for 5 weeks and eq for 8 im 22 and never had any kind of joint pain anywhere ever.

Start taking Glucosamine and Chondroitin Sulfate every day, and drop the weight down. Do high reps instead for a little while. Ice and Ibuprofin after workouts. Don't fuck up your ligaments/tendons!!
Winny doesn't suck at all, you just have to be careful as with anything and know beforehand about these things!

also make sure you warm up and stretch out as much as you can it cant hurt

also i have found that large amount of good fats really helps my joints.. might work for you.. start adding olive oil or other oils to your shakes or take them in pill form

I knew it would hurt, but I had no idea it would hurt this much.
I'm into powerlifting, not bodybuilding, really, so for me increasing in strength is all the glory. I don't care for excess body mass or high volume :(.
The thing about this pain is - it's only present within the elbow joint, and only when put under pressure in a bench press motion. Regardless of weight. What does this indicate? Dry joint or strained tendon?
I now stopped the winstrol going turanabol only. Doing massive amounts of glucosamine and chond., omega-3,6,9.
How long will it take for my join to re-hydrate itself? Will I have to break my HST-cycle?
Mind that I have been training with 130kgs before.. and even 150 for 1RM. Only difference is now I'm up from 5 to 10 reps. Is this really enough to waste my tendon? :O
I never saw that one coming.. :s
It's just the left elbow btw. Everything else is fine.
 
This is so what I am going through right now, guys- winstrol does fuck your joints up- and I am on Glucosamine ,Chondroiton, MSM, etc-- and its not helping- My problem is a bursitis, NOT a tendonitis, which is usually what occurs with elbow pain. Anyone else have elbow bursitis while on Winny??
