peripheral edema

My ankles are a little swolen and when I press on them it leaves a dent for a few seconds. I read another thread that mentioned peripheral edema. Is that what I have? Is this really bad or just a mild side effect? The swelling is very slight.

GH 2U/day?
Deca 350mg/wk?
Sust 500mg/wk?

Any feedback would be appreciated.

That is peripheral edema. The dent you see is called "pitting"!

IMHO I think the increase of fluid is causing cardiac overload. I know I sound like a broken record (hell they don't even make records anymore) but my point is when I see issues like this it's because guys are taking way too high of doses of AAS!

I NEVER took more than 500mg's a week in my entire life and when I did it was an overlap in my cycle and lasted only 4 weeks.

Ok back to the issue. Not sure how many weeks you've been on this cycle, but here's what's going on...you have an excess of fluid, this can cause inadequate pumping of the blood by the veins (venous insufficiency). The resulting increased back-pressure in the veins forces fluid to leak into the interstitial tissue spaces, where the retained excess fluid is recognized as edema.

My guess is your BP is high as well as your sodium.

This is serious and needs to be addressed.

Thanks! What should I do?

If it were me I'd decrease my dosage by 75% (the tests and deca) not the GH, I'd get my BP checked immediately, I'd SEVERELY decrease my sodium intake, and maybe try an OTC diuretic for now.

Plus I'd take an anit-Estrogen like Arimidex or something and once my cycle was done I'd do a comprehensive PCT!

If your BP is high call your doctor and make an immediate appointment, be honest too.

I took my anti-e (anastrozole), which seemed to help a lot.

I also got my blood pressure checked. It was 127 over 76. Is that ok?

Will bananas work for the potassium? How many... how often?

bananas will work
1-2 per day will make a big difference

you can get pottasium gluconate tabs really cheap

there are a lot of pottassium and magnesium tabs that are also quite affordable
