Maybe if we knew a little more about the Mods jobs it would be easier to make this call.
Like; Are the Mods payed?
Are they sitting in an office all day moderating or are they at home randomly scanning through various threads?
What qualifications do they have to be Mods and how are they picked?

Stuff like that.
