Hi,
I have been working out for almost a year now.
I bulked for like 7 months when I started and went from 160 to 200. A lot of that was fat, and my g/f was always saying your too big, and you look rotten and a lot of ppl said I was too big. In the last few months I have been cutting and have went to 180 cut, now my g/f sais im too skinny, and so are other ppl. What the fuck is that all about? Im starting to get pissed, I stronger at 180 cut then I was @ 200, so obivously its fat not muscle that I have lost. Like what the fuck?
