There's no question about it penny stocks are very risky. You can't just go buy random penny stocks and think you are going to make money. You will lose your money if you do this, plain and simple. The methods that I have learned are for trading penny stocks only. I would never ever consider holding a penny stock for more then 1-3 days, and it is rare I hold for more than 24 hours. There's many important variables that must align in order for me to be willing to accept the risks of buying a penny stock. People don't realize what the penny stock market really is but if they took the time and effort to learn they would realize the risks can quickly be neutralized, which allows an informed person to profit in penny stocks.
