12:00pm: 3 servings Simply Whey mixed with Ice Cold Water.
2:00pm: 8 - 10oz Top Sirlon (BBQ'd), 1 cup mixed Veggies.

5:00pm: 3 servings Simply Whey mixed with Ice Cold Water.
7:00pm: 6oz Salmon Fillet, 1 cup mixed Veggies.

9:00pm: 3 servings Simply Whey mixed with Ice Cold Water
12:00pm: 2 Grilled Chicken Breast, 1 cup mixed Veggies.

Protein: 330grams
Carbs: 75grams
Fat: 60 grams
 
good load thats alot of protein:P :P

anyway i heard if u eat to much protein it turns to fat is this true??

cause i like 168 and i get about 200-225 protein a day is this bad?
 
November 10th 2001 went fucking excellent. Although I only ate One chicken breast for my last meal instead of two, but I ate a bigger steak. Total protein intake was around 310grams. I went to Denny's and had a Grilled Chicken Salad, no dressing.

November 11th 2001.

11am) Coffee/Tea
11:45am) Jump Rope
12:45pm) 3 Scoops Eas Simply Whey in Ice Cold Water.

2:30pm) Steak/Veggies
5:00pm) 3 Scoops Eas Simply Whey In Ice Cold Water.

6:45pm) Salmon/Veggies
7:45pm) Biceps/Forearms
8:30pm) 3 scoops Surge
9:30pm) 3 Scoops Eas Simply Whey In Ice Cold Water.

12:00am) Chicken Breast/Veggies

Protein: 330 grams
Carbs: 110 grams
Fat: 60 grams
 
November 11th 2001, went pretty fucking good....My friends dragged me to a Casino (Lost 10 bucks, actually lost 90, but came up at tha end). Diet had to be rearranged but i still managed to get 300 grams of Protein, 100 grams Carbs, 50grams Fat.

November 12th 2001.

10:30am - 3 Servings Whey
12:30pm - Steak/Veggies
3:30pm - 3 Servings Whey
6:15pm - Salmon/Veggies
9:15pm - Promax Bar/Coffee
9:45pm - Chest/Triceps/Abs
10:45pm - 3 Scoops Surge
11:30pm - 2 Servings Whey
1:00am - Chicken Breast

Protein: 350grams
Carbs: 150grams
Fat: 65 grams

Damn. I Almost fucked up yesterday, but knowing i had to post my shit on this kept me on track a little stronger.

I didn't eat as much protein, yesterday, only about 230grams.

Clean sources though. Whatever, not a horrible day, but not great.
