10:00pm - Weight Training.
11:00pm - 2 Scoops Surge

Protein: 325 grams
Carbs: 140 grams
Fat: 50 grams
 
Protein Intake for yesterday was "okaY" 260 grams. Not a Fantastic day, but not a bad day...a good day i would say.

November 15th 2001.

2:45pm Steak/Veggies
5:00pm 3 servings Whey
8:00pm 2 cans Tuna/Veggies/Low fat mayo

Today was horrible. Still ate clean but, protein intake was ridiculously low.. a miserable 210 grams =(.
