pendlay rows

Hey guys. just wondering if anyone had a link to a video of someone doing some pendlay rows. i've seen plenty of pictures to help on form, but dont feel totally comfortable, making me think im doing them a little incorrectly. basically, im taking the bar from the ground, and bringing to my upper ab region, setting it back down, and repeating. thanks for any help.

It's not the best but it's the basic idea. The row you described is pretty much it, except you want to arch the upper/mid back at the top of the row (think pulling your shoulders back toward your ass). You do that without moving your lower back though. Basically hips/lower back stay still, you row off the floor explosively to your upper ab area, and arch your shoulders/upper back hard at the top. That latter part is tough to get the hang of (as you can see in my video, b/c I only get some arch on my 135 set and eventhen, not much).
 
i do these in a power rack with the pins set on the last hole. it makes a racket, but i don't involve my lower back/hams as much. i really like these as opposed to "waving" the bar back and forth rapidly.
