What would yield better rresults?

  • Extra protein and carbs 750-1000 calories after training

An extra 750-1000 calories of Protein and complex carbs, the bulk of which to be taken in after training.

Normal diet with 500 mg of Sustanon per week.

My point is that AAS won't do shit if you are not taking in adequate calories. Like Nitrous in a car with no gas.
 
the only drug I've tried so far that seems to not care what you diet is like, is fina... that stuff just amazes me.

but cornhole is right, diet is number one on the way to change your physique, drugs are much lower... well, at least for me.

Agreed on the Fina.

That's why Sustanon was used...
