pec pain

wednesday i did a real heavy bench workout, including a PR of 196x2... was really sore till this morning.

so i was in the school weight room, just talkin to a bunch of guys, and i was cold and all and a friend of mine had about 145 on the bar. so they tell me to get on, and i think, well, a few reps won't hurt. i got on, did about 4 or 5 reps just to please them.

when i got off....

there was this incredible pain in both my outer pecs, around where the shoulder is... especially when i press the area or flex it. it's a lot better now, but i'm just wondering wtf happened? worried now that my healing is all messed... i can still fuck it up after the soreness is gone? :confused:
 
well... it was a high school big dick competition. no i did not warmup. i will never do that again.

thank god pain has gone away.
