Ranger Gorp Protein Bars
20+/- Scoops of whey protein powder
1 jar of sodium free all natural peanut butter
Glutamine....add to specific taste(optional)
Spring Water
4 Packages of regular oatmeal
Cinnamon and nutmeg...(optional)
Mix contents together, it will be very hard to stir, add more water, then nuke for 30 seconds...repeat this process until desired consistency....
Let cool in da fridge...then roll out on wax paper and cut into bars, use wax paper to wrap them as well, it won't stick as bad as saran wrap....
I personally just leave it in a tupperware container and eat away before and after workouts....Fun for the whole family, and great at parties...heh heh heh
