I’m 5’7” , 129 ponds and around 20%bf (I have gain some pounds because I’ve broke my leg -femur last month)
I usually take 40g of protein with 5g of glutamine - 3g of creatine and 240mg of normal ALA.. I guess I will raise the ALA a bit…and take my EFA latter..
Since you’ve been so helpful, could you tell me were I can get dextrose?![]()
