im in week 10 of a 10 weeker, and i am just starting to really peak in strength. dont get me wrong, my strenght has been steadily increasing throughout, but now its like DAMN. is this normal for this to happen at the end? does it mean my body might respond better to a longer cycle?


oh and im started cardio today to get rid of some water, and for overall health, and damn ive never had shin pumps like this before. and i was only running for like 10 mins. looks like its the eliptical for now on.

as long as your still growing and still getting stronger, I'd stay on that ride until I ran out of tickets.
 
shit, i only planned on a 10 weeker, this being my first and all. now i am tempted to pick up some amps now though. at least i know i might do well with longer ones.

the gains WILL stop eventually.
for me its usually 10 weeks.
for others its less..
to some its more.

keep goin bro til you feel you aint making progress.
 
heh, for me weeks 1-4 are fun, weeks 5-7 are big gains and big size, 8 slows down, 9 is rough and by 10 I'm ready to be off the stuff a while (kinda burned-out).
 
cool will do. now if i do another 2 weeks should i still do a normal pct(jenetics) or go higher? cause i heard if you do 12 or more weeks, you should throe hcg mid cycle, and md is long gone. so i guess im asking is it going to hurt recovery?

It shouldn't hurt your recovery. My first cycle was 16 weeks. All I used was clomid and nolva and I came back fine.
 
I kind have the same question I have HCG but mid cycle is gone, I was thinking of starting hcg in week 10 two weeks before my last shot of my 12 weeker and stay on HCG for 2 weeks to get things started then after week 12, wait 2 more weeks start CLOMID mind you taking Test E and EQ.
 
thats what im gonna do, im might just throw alittle clomid w/ my hcg and nolva, maybe. ive really been happy with the gains so far but last week and now, shit why not push it.
 
I would just enjoy the progress you made and call it a day after ten weeks. Run your pct etc. You will just be more motivated to keep the diet and workouts top notch while off. Stick with your original plan... there is a reason you set up your cycle that way. Sometimes we get blinded by the gains and forget the original purpose.
