im in week 10 of a 10 weeker, and i am just starting to really peak in strength. dont get me wrong, my strenght has been steadily increasing throughout, but now its like DAMN. is this normal for this to happen at the end? does it mean my body might respond better to a longer cycle?
oh and im started cardio today to get rid of some water, and for overall health, and damn ive never had shin pumps like this before. and i was only running for like 10 mins. looks like its the eliptical for now on.
