I'll give you the lowdown right here. Many people believe that genetics are the reason for peaks on your biceps but that plays a very small part. I had no peak on my biceps until a fellow at the gym showed me a workout. I forget what its called, somewhere along the lines of "something 21". You use a straight bar and do 7 half curls, starting with your arms fully extended and down by your sides. Bring your arms up halfway until your elbows hit 90 degrees then lower them down slowly. Do this 7 times. Then for the next 7 have your elbows at 90 degrees and bring them the rest of the way up. Then for the last 7 do the full curl, take no rest inbetween each set of 7 and do 3 sets of this. You will see a peak start to form in no time Trust me on that one.
