Sorry my boobs weren't what you were expecting. Gynecomastia can range from a little bit of "puffiness" around the nipple to c cup hooters. I just had a little bit of puffiness and some small fat deposits in the lower chest area. Most people didn't even notice until I pointed it out to them. I had it removed simply because it bothered ME!

Thinker, it does look a bit better. I have a bit of loose skin that the doc said will gradually tighten up. He said that over time the areola will shrink as well. I don't have all of the fat on my lower chest anymore. The doc said it may be 6 mos or more to see the final results so I'm just remaining patient.
