Pdid... what are your stats?

Height ? Weight?

What are you putting up on the Bench?

I'm 6'1" and have no idea what I weigh, I don't believe in the scale. I don't find them to be an accurate measure of you body's muscle/fat ratio. When I weighed myself about a year ago I was 200, but who the hell knows now.

I haven't maxed out on the bench in close to a year, when I did though I was putting up mid 300's. I dropped a lot of the weight I was lifting and focused on slower, more concentrated reps along with negatives. I've found better results and haven't had a single injury.

Every female on earth does not have these ones. They have the plastic ones with the HUGE CC's on the sides (and probably 80% are fake, if not more). And they're not that big. Smaller than most that they had.

Yeah, you were the first to get them, in 2007! lol.

I did a 10 wk test cycle 4 years ago and that's it. It put about 30lbs of muscle on me but I quickly lost it. i don't see the point in maintaining that unless you're competing. It's all about a strict clean diet. I have cut my gym time in half as well, making sure to never exceed 45 min., I think before I was overdoing it a bit.

I'm still in Ohio, i was just there visiting some family and friends for the 4th. I'm not sure I could ever live there, I don't think I would ever get anything done, lol
