Yeah i know, i read the 2009 PCT. Just wondering, didnt everyone used to recommend taking clomid and nolvadex at the same time.
Now youre saying to just pick one? Also why is clomid rated the least desirable? I already have a liquid bottle of clomid that is a year old that ive been saving. Should I just throw it away and buy some nolvadex?

Both are structurally alike, classified as triphenylethylenes. Nolvadex is the stronger component of the two as it can achieve better results in decreasing overall estrogen with 20-40 mg a day, than clomid can in doses of 100-150 mg a day. Nolvadex is just better.

I went on HRT before the introduction of the new herbal PCT products. In the past I used nolva only, clomid only, and nolva/clomid combo for PCT. The best recoveries were from clomid; 50mg/day for 4 weeks.

If you were running deca or tren on cycle, do not use nolvadex for PCT.

Natural is better since that's what you're trying to get your body to do -- not rely on drugs.

Use a little HCG to kick start the process. A little dex to keep e in control. And then use UNLEASHED, POST CYCLE and Sustain. You'll be GTG.

If you have used Clomid before with success then use it again. It's not my first choice but it works rather than throwing it out.
