OK, i'm doing a bluking cycle soon.

2 vials of Deca 250mg/ml(2CC's Deca per week for 10 weeks)
2 vials of Test P 100mg/ml (2CC's Test P per week for 10 weeks)
1 bottle Arimidex (1 pill per day)

Can you guys give me a PCT cycle please, detailed as possible.

Before the PCT mate you'll need to re-think your cycle. you want to be stopping the deca a few weeks earlier than your other roids due to the fact it can be a bugger to recover from, there are boys on this site who will be alot more experienced than me and offer more detailed advice but one tab of Arimidex per day sounds like way too much! and it wont help you to controll Deca sides, for that You would need something such as caber. In the least condecending way My advice would be to do some more research

This cycle is wacked
Why so little test? 200mg of Prop? thats liek TRT dose l0l and 500mgs of Deca is too much and its hard to recover from.

Ya bro this shit is jacked up all around. Don't do it. Read and learn some more.

You need to do more Research, 1 Tab of Arimidex is too much ,the reccommended dosage should be.25mg (thats 1/4 tab) EOD for starters
