im currently on my pct witch includes clomid theropy. this is my first REAL pct. ive noticed my strength diminishing slightly but not too much. what i have noticed is a bunch of achs and pains that i didnt notice while "on". im going lighter on all exersizes to avoid injury, as i feel volnurable to injury right now.
does anyone have any suggestions on what kind of workouts are gonna help me keep my gains?
im eating a ton! so that should help, but anything else?

I'd use a much lower volume, but still lift heavy. You may want to avoid cardio, depending on how things are going for you.

anavr 40 mg's a day 1-12
test prop 100 mg's a day 1-12
and let me ask do any of you feel anything from the clomid?

i feel the same aches and pains...it sucks...it makes me wanna start pokin myself again just get that feeling back...im on nolva and it makes me feel down...

Well...first off, I'm assuming you lifted heavier than normal while "on," correct? If so, that was your first mistake. That probably did a number on your connective tissue, and you're paying for it now.

I WOULD say to keep the intensity high, but since you're in pain...that might not be a good idea. I'd just do what you can, keep the intensity as high as you can with no pain.

Damn I gotta get this book written...all this stuff is in it!!!

whats up bulldog...thanks for the reply. i was lifting havier then normal while on. the its hard to hold back from that when the weights keep getting lighter and lighter. is there anything to aid recovery, besides rest, to the connective tissue?

Not really bro...I'd just take it easy for a while...I know it's tough cuz you might lose some of your gains. But just do what you can without pain.

Try the keep the intensity up, but drop the volume, even if you're just doing one or two reps per set...

Intensity is the key to keeping your gains...frequency and volume can both be lowered, and if intensity is maintained, muscle will not be lost.

Hope this helps ya out...next time don't go so hard while on...just add volume and increase the frequency.
