Looking for some answers:
I ran the following cycle:
1-8 500mg Test Prop
1-8 50mg Anavar
I ran HCG throughout the cycle at 500ius per week. My PCT starts this Thursday. Here is my plan:
Sustain Alpha 1-4
Clomid 50mg 1
Clomid 25mg 2-4
Post Cycle 1-4
Unleashed 1-4
I will also increase my calories a bit and run clen for the first two weeks during PCT.
I know the PCT is a little overkill but it worked in the past for me.
Any suggestions on how I should approach the gym and cardio? Right now I am TOTALLY burnt out from over training and I am thinking of taking a few days off. I was going 5 days on and 5-6 days of cardio for 40-45 mins.
