PCT Question???

Hey Guys,
I've taken several cycles over the years. Believe it or not, I've never done the PCT. I've done some reading and would appreciate some advice on the subject. Here is my current cycle:

500MG/TEST E 1-12WKS
400MG/DECA 1-10WKS

I was going to add DB's to the cycle, but it looks like that want be happening now. You know! Enough said!

I'm only 3 weeks into my current cycle. If you guys think I need to make an adjustments, please voice your opinion. Honestly, I just wanna know what and how you would end the cycle with PCT. A map would be nice...HAHA Seriously though, reply back with what, how much, how long and when. Thanks a bunch!

Are you running Arimidex or anything on cycle?

If was me I would run some HCG last 6-8 weeks of cycle at 250IU's 3 x week. Then 20 days after last shot run Nolva 20mgs/day. Alternatively after last shot run HCG 10 days staright at 500IU's then 10 days later start Nolva for 3 weeks at 20mgs. You could simulataneously run some Aromasin but I don't think is necessary with this cycle. Nolva should be sufficient. A lot of guys are running Dermacrine Sustain PCT with effectiveness. I have not used yet but will be trying this coming PCT myself.
