unless you are running an aromatase inhibitor, and even then, you will want to start when your T to E ratios shift, which in this case is 4-6 days after your last shot.

there is no evidence that clomid and nolva stacked is more effective than either alone.


for general PCT
SERM (clomid or nolva)- generally run 3-6 weeks (which really means an additional 3-6 weeks because of half life (3 weeks with clomid, 6 weeks with nolva-- apprx)
HCG (10 days at 400-1000iu)
Aromatase inhibitor (throughout and beyond, reccomend AIFM or aromasin)

blood levels of testosterone will not drop to near nil until 3 half lives occur, 12-18 days. however you dont want to wait until then when your T to E ratio have shifted to a very "unpleasant place". If you are running an AI waiting until 12-14 days is ok, though not reccomended. Enanthate has been shown to have excessive peak and trough drops. Release, via ester cleavage, is often much faster than indicated with the half life being artificially extended by release of small pockets of esterified testosterone.


note once cleaved from the ester testosterone has a half life of 14-28minutes.
