okay I did a short cycle of m1t and wanna recover real good

cycle was 2 weeks 10-15 mg ed


I got nolva, 6oxo and some clomid

since its such a short cycle I figured I could do nolva only for few weeks and follow it up with 6oxo

anyone have suggestion on nolva dosage?

I suggest cloimd and nolva for 3 weeks

clomid 50mgs per day 1-21
nolva 20mgs per day 1-21

This should work good for you

I'd run Clomid at higher doses the first wek and a half and bump the nolva to 40mg/day, again higher doses at first.

I think I read somewhere that nolva and clomid together are counterproductive

is that true or did i read something wrong?
