Hey Bro's - I posted this in the PCT - post cycle therapy - forum, but everyone must be 'on' right now cuz things are sparse 'round those parts. Looking for any /all input and suggestions.
I'm running my PC T now. I did a short 8 week testosterone enanthate cycle with a Dball kick-start. Gained ~15 lbs on my first cycle. What a blast - Gawd I loved it. I hate to stop, but we'll see how recovery goes. If all is well, I'll hop back on for another ride in a few months.
My PC T consists of 500 iu HCGfor the first 5 days, along with Nelson's Post Cycle, Arimidex and some Derma Sustain. I have Nolvadex and Clomid on hand, but wanted to see if I could get by without them to avoid their sides.
So here's my question: I feel alright now, but have lost a little bit of strength. What else do I do to keep my gains? Everyone discusses/debates the proper substances to use and their dosages, but what's the other half of the PC T equation? What else do yall recommend to help recovery while keeping gains?
