PCT help!

Hi

I need help with my PCT plan sort of left it till last minute. on cycle and got 3weeks left of a 12week Test enth cycle at 500mg EW, i have clomid and nolvadex for PCT. Need to know when to start PCT etc. Proposed plan:

100mg clomid ED 3weeks
20mg nolvadex ED 2-3 weeks

no got this plan from a vet in regard to pct:
2 weeks after last inj run clomid 50mg/day for 20-30 days. in the case of clomid im pretty sure more is not better

Yes, with test-e you want to start S.E.R.M. therapy 2 weeks after last injection.

Run HCG at 500iu/day for 10 days during that 2 weeks if you can get it.

100mg/day of clomid for 3 weeks is overkill. 100mg for the first week, then 50mg/day for the next 2 weeks would work just as well.

Unfortunately bro didnt gain as much as i thought i would at this point have put on 8lbs. But who knows maybe il gain more during these final 4weeks or so. This is my 1st injectable cycle overall i am pretty happy with the gains i would say most of its lean mass and not water as iv done dbol cycles in the past and dont get much water weight on them.

I never tell any one or tell any one how to use nolva or clomid for pct because I dont like them.I tell people to use dermacrin sustain 4 weeks 5 pumps a day.http://www.primordialperformance.com/derm_sust_intro.cfm

I ran 20mg/ed of Nolva with my HCG for 2 weeks. The Nolva works as a primer for the HCG. Then I just ran Clomid 50mg/ed, AIFM and Tribulas and Horny Goat Weed for another 3 weeks. I'm not telling you to do it this way. This is how I did my last PCT and I fully recovered.

if test enan or cyp ... 4 days after last shot... start 1cc of hcg ed for 10 days... then day 14 take 50mg clomid ed for another 20 days...... i run the hcg before i hit the clomid cause hcg also suppresses your natural test and it gets the boys ready to fill back up...... i play it by ear.. sometimes i dont even run 20 days of clomid.. after 8 or 9 i level out at the gym and have more energy and get boners everyday, those are all of my indications that im back to normal it works for me might not be the best but it works

Start your PCT 7-10 days after last injection REGARDLESS of if you are using long esters...I wouldnt run the clomd 100mg for 3 weeks... run it at 100 for 10 days then back it down to 50..same with nolv...40mg ED for 10 days then 20 after....HCG 1,000iu E3D x 3 weeks
