PCT for Test/Deca/Dbol 15 Weeks

hahah i know. well teh first pic was before I started getting back into it. Believe it or not, I did power lifting in highschool and college. Then spent 3 years of complete partying and living the college dream.

Since then, built a business, moved to california... and do nothing but eat right, lift, and work.

So, let me say this. Yes, I agree I shouldn't have started juicing. But, at the same time, there is no turning back as far as the lifestyle i adapted as far as training, diet, and work ethic. I kept the same meal plan for 5 months straight. I wasn't looking for a quick fix if you know what I mean.

Right. yea, I was an idiot and had a blood test 5 weeks into the cylce. My liver was elevated, and kidneys were elevated. My HDL was 12 and my LDL was 200. I know alot of that had to do with dbol. My creatin levels were sky high because i was taking creatine... and probably too much of it. That in turn elevated kidneys. Apparently kidneys can affect HDL as well.

So i been on top of it. Blood is perfect when not juicing. I wanted to get a test the week of my last shot to check levels... then 4 weeks into PCT.... then 2 months clean and see how it goes?

your liver should come in clean after you finish your cycle and are off, your kidney's will be strained from steroid abuse (and lets face it, a long cycle like that using that much is steroid abuse!!) for a few months. thats why you must cycle off and allow your body to recover.

you dont need to test a week of your last shot. do a blood test 1 month after your PCT and you should be in the process of recovering.. if your levels are still suppressed then you might want to run a 2nd PCT or risk losing a lot of your gains

Also, to be completely honest, if I could stay the size I am now and just continue to train I'd be 100% satisfied. Im not trying to be the next ronnie coleman or jay cutler... just doing this shit for fun and self satisfaction.

I hear ya but now you must work very hard to keep your gains, and next time you run a cycle push yourself beforehand to maximize results. you will find out it sucks to be off, so when you are ON you want to make sure you are at full force and already conditioned

I gotcha.

The reason I wanted to get a test before my last shot was because I heard a lot of talk that AX prods are underdosed. My gains seemed like they took forever to come. The test brand was syn tho and I thought it was good. I heard some stuff about both though and would like to know what the peak test level was.

When I had my blood test in the beginning of cycle my total test was 1200ng which is a high normal range. My free test was 400 though.

you will notice your strength will start dropping quickly after the esthers are out of your body, your gains will start going away slowly though then level off. thats been my experience. you should keep most of your gains if you keep working out. but be aware you need to change up your diet, if you keep eating like you are on cycle you will gain fat fast after deca.

Which way is up? Being 15% fat... should I still bust ass and lift as heavy as possible or do high rep / cardio to lean out more ?

Im going to be bummed if/when weights drop. I know I started without being big, but I never did ass to grass squats with 450lb ass to grass squats for sets. All my lifts went up so much its rediculous. I think losing any strength would be more depressing then size. I really get my jollys off lifting heavy. Power lifting was always a passion of mine. Althought I really want to take BB more seriously too.

I understand as far as the diet. It's super hard to balance diet and work right now. I was negleticing my business for 1/2 of the cylce, coming to work late, and cooking all morning. I'm trying to find a correct balance as money, unfortuantely, still remains #1 in priorities as california rent is god damn rediculous! haha

your testosterone levels are gonna crash hard. you will most certainly lose strength. if you went past your genetic potential then you will definately drop back fairly quickly.

this attitude that you must always go forward is typical of todays bb's, they dont understand the body isn't made of steel. to take 2 steps forward you sometimes have to take 1 step back, especially when it comes to cycling.
