PCT For Light test prop cycle, check my layout please

hey all, i ran some prop at about 300mg e/w for 7 weeks, i used 20mg armosin e/o/d and did e/o/d shots. this is what i have planned for PCT, let me know if you think this would be proper.

Nolva 40mg ed weeks 1-3,
then 20mg ed 3-5

two days after last prop take 500ius of hcg for 6 days straight, my hcg is 3000iu's per vial. so im either going to have to do 6 or 12 days of hcg @ 500 e/d. HCG is really used so much differently in dose/duration by everyone is kinda rediculous. anyways, this kinda scares me but i am thinking this is about right? im at 195lbs 22y/o

I mean, you could start the HCG the day after your last shot..
Although you ran a lighter cycle, I would get more HCG, 500iu's ED for 10 days or run it for 12 days, OR buy some clomid to run along with the novaldex. I think HCG is crucial to PCT.

With HCG... 10 days of 500iu's HCG.. 40mg Novaldex for 2-3 weeks then another 2-3 weeks at 20mg...

Without HCG... same dosing of novaldex.. But add clomid for 100mg for a couple weeks then 50mg for a few more weeks...

Just what works for me.. Good luck...

Not to confuse you.. BUT if you have access to more Aromasin I would run 20mg ED of Aromasin with the novaldex 20-40mg ED for a better PCT option...

Ive got armosin, i have everythign except clomid
so how about this

500iu's for 10 days straight, toss the remaining 1000iu's
nolva 20mg e/d 1-3
armosin 20mg e/d 1-3

nolva 10mg e/d 3-5
armosin 10mg e/d 3-5

Awesome PCT....
Double your novaldex dose (40mg and 20mg) and I think it will get your boys big and bouncy in no time...

Aromasin is well worth the extra money...

run your hcg 2 days after your last test prop inject do 1000iu eod for.. 5 days

aromasin 20mg for 3 weeks or use some AIFM @ 2 pumps a day for 3 weeks as well
