I'm looking at a cycle consisting of:
Wk 1-8 test p 500mg/wk
Wk 1-4 dbol 20 mg day?
Wk 9-13 off....maybe longer.
I have access to nolva/clomid.
Recommendations I have seen for other people (on forums)varies greatly and each person I talk to disagrees on what to take for pct!
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Any gains I get during my cycle I would love to keep and i obviously want to stay healthy as possible.
36 yes old. Training for 20+ years. 180-185lbs bwt @ 5'7. I am about 15% bodyfat. I train for strength. My Current lifts are 470X1 bench. 515x8 squat.(raw for both) I'm hoping to be able to take my lifting to the next level and believe I am maxed out without supplemental help.
