PCT For A Sus Cycle

I am looking for advice for a post cycle coming off of sustanon 250mg/ml. Today 4/4/11 is my first shot and i will be taking 250 ml monday and thursday as well as 3 Ius/ 30 units per day of HGH monday thru friday. I have HCG which is the question i need to figure out. When do i begin hcg? During my sus/hgh cycle or towards the end? Someone please help me
