PCT for 500mg test e 4.5 weeks

I'm sure you guys seem how I screwed my cycle by starting without all the gear. Lesson learned! Although I somehow went from 190 to 212 in 5.5 weeks is beyond me.

Anyway, does this pct look ok for a 4.5 week test e cycle at 500mg a week.

Clomid:
day 1: 100mg
day 2-10: 50mg ed
day 11-21: 50mg ed

Nolva:
day 1: 40mg
day 2-10: 20mg ed
day 11-21: 20mg ed

i did 12 wk Test-Anavar

PCT

40/40/20/20

eventually i figured out was not enough it works ok through PCT and one month after but after that i believed estro went high and got low libido and also i will run Aromasine next time

but for the length or your cycle i believe 4 weeks will be ok

Why did you do a 4.5 week cycle of test e? Did you know that Test e doesn't even kick in until around the 4th week...

Yea I was anxious to start and had 1 bottle with pct but 2 bottles got in late.

Went 2 weeks with no shot then bridged with oral dbol.

Cutting my losses and starting over after pct and a few weeks off
