pct cycle?

Hey how u doing. Just about to get some sustanon 250 to take for 10 weeks at 500mg ew ( monday and thursday) and for pct was thinking of using nolvadex 3 weeks after last shot for a period of 3 weeks. was wondering if this would be a better pct than clomid and what dosage suggestions anyone has for me.

bro 2 weeks after the cycle is over use 20mg nolns ed for 4 weeks and Sustain Alpha
ed for 4 weeks too.

starting 2wks after the cycle i would use 40mg nolva ed for 3 wks then 20mg ed for 1 wk along with pp trs for the entire 4 wks

Nolvadex is the better choice between Clomid.
