pct before surgery

hey guys I have done half dozen various cycles before and various pcts sustain alpha, toco 8, clomid, nolva(will not use again) and letro.
age 34
6' tall 235lbs 18 to 20% bf higher from powerlifting
currently 8 wks of 350 test and backed down to 250 test last 2 weeks, now thing is I am going for surgery March 8th for puberty induced gyno, I have changed my workouts upped my cardio as I am packing it in with the powerlifting due to ailments, upcoming surgery, and want to lean out.
I have on hand now liquid clomid, letro and ordering some unleashed and was thinking about trying SARMS with pct for my first time ever to help with injuries, strength, and aided fat loss. it seems to be a rave product now but not sure how it incorporates(or if it should) with my pct, seems like osta is a better choice for my goals????
I plan on starting a summer cycle after recovering from my surgery but not sure how long that will take, guess I will post that in the gynocamastia board.
any ideas on how to sort this out with my timeline or advice is greatly appreciated and if you happened t ohave had this surgery please fill me in thanks!!

Run osta with your PCT for six weeks and take a 2 week break after that and start S-4 for it's own "mini cycle" to help regain your natural levels. This will result in lean, strong, and lasting gains. Hope this helped!

Be careful though bro, I've read of vision problems with S-4, you might want to look up how to cycle it (5 on 2 off, etc.) and if you need a mild PCT for the sarms. Let me know how it goes!
