PCT Anti estro Exemastane dosing

I was reading a nurses drug guide earlier and it recommended one 25mg pill a day after a meal.

I am planning on doing this but i have heard of others dosing every other day
If you are taking it every other day i would like to know how its going for you
do you have any signs of estro IE water retention bitch tits you know
I am also taking nolva unleashed and hcg for my pct thinking of switching the unleashed for hcgenerate ( some have said if takin you wont need hcg this is wrong you still need hcg or clomid)

If you take Exemastane every other day and its going well let me know i would like to take half the dose 12.5mg every day if possible

Your PCT sounds like a mess to me. If you want to use Nolva, I suggest you do a combination PCT:


Clomid 50/50/25/25/12.5 (ag-guys)
Nolvadex - 40/20/20/20/10 (ag-guys)
Ostarine (MK-2866) - 25/25/25/25 (sarms1)
N2Guard - 2 caps AM/2 post workout/3 PM
