PCT and Ambien

I am on my last week of PCT (50mg Clomid & 20mg Nolvadex ED for this week)

I am having some sleeping troubles due to travel around the world and my sleeping schedule is all fk'd up. Would it be alright to take one 10mg Ambien pill to help get my sleeping schedule back on track? I wasnt sure if I should stay away from it due to possible liver troubles or adverse reactions form mixing the pills.
btw...I have had about 7 alcoholic beverages in the past 3 days, but I did not drink at all while on my 10 week cycle. I know I shouldnt be drinking but I was celebrating coming home with some people.

Not sure why it would effect it, 'cept I hate Ambian. Shit is more like a hallucenagenic/ amnesiac than a sleeping aid.

And nolva and clomid is a sucky PCT.

You will be fine with the 10mg Ambien. Wont affect your liver values at that mg to mess with you. I just wouldn't recommend any alcohol at all within 2 hours previous to taking the ambien. can have a reverse effect and actually keep you up. I would only take it AS NEEDED. It is non-narcotic but it does have the same addictive properties (even though they say it doesn't) as klonopin and xanax just not the long withdrawals that are associated with those 2 benzos. I have researched ambien and ambien cr extensively and know of 2 people who had terrible withdrawals from it lasting 2-4 weeks from extended use. Hope this helps bro

You will be fine but like Kyoshi said no alcohol. I think the stuff is pure garbage and wouldnt ever take it again.

Thanks for the help! I know my PCT isnt the best, but I had limited resources for the past year...without getting into details. I wont be drinking tonight.

Come on, one or two ambiens is not gonna screw up your liver. Your being way to cautious for no reason. I chew up the Ambien CR's (12.5mg ones) and drink when I go out to the club. I'll eat about 5 of them a nite with heavy drinking and not worry a damn about the liver. For all out there, if your experimental, you should try this. You get to the point where the lights are on but no ones home, time flies by and you can't remember what happened all nite long. It's a strange but really fun buzz.

Sure if you fight the effects and stay up you'll trip right out.lol If you actually let your head hit the pillow and close your eyes you will fall right asleep. Its great at calming my racing mind.

Thing is to just take the one tab and go right to sleep. YOu start taking 2 or 3 and you will run into trouble.

Nelson right about your PCT also. Add some hcg to it and you'll be all set.
