PCT advice

Just done a 12 week Eq and Primo cycle and not sure what to do for pct. I have got Novla and clomid and one HGC shot what and how do I use them please for this cycle.

Definately should have your PCT items planned and on hand before even beginning a cycle because it would be nice to have Aromasin for PCT. But with what you have try:
Start PCT 3 weeks after last shot
Week 1 - Clomid 150mg daily, Nolva 40mg daily
Week 2-3 Clomid 100mg daily, Nolva 30mg daily
Week 4 - Clomid 50mg daily Nolva 20mg daily
Week 5-6 - Nolva 20mg daily

I also have some LiquiFem (Letrozole) coming in a few days !

overall, good layout, but I'd cut the PCT down to 4 weeks, and add HCG 500IUs ED for 10 days at the start. You can also add aromasin for weeks 1-2.

If you're running EQ, I'd wait at least 2 weeks...some people wait 3 if they're running longer-acting AAS for long durations.... also, I'd get more HCG... not sure how much that one shot you have is...but likely not enough?

The HCG is 5000iu ! When you mix it how long can it be kept in the friedge

wait two weeks with eq and 500ius 10 days straight after that. take the 5000ius and mix it into 5ml of bac water, you'll have to buy a vial from getpinz.com, they come in 30ml vials so take out the 25ml. break the powder vial of hcg, put some bac in it mix it and then draw that with the needle putting it back into the vial of 5ml total. then you have 5000ius in 5ml, each ml= 1000ius .5ml = 500ius. very simple bro.

Im sure I have read that people skip the vial thing and mix it a store it in a sringe in the fridge !

you store the vial in the fridge. the solution is only 1ml at best that comes with the hcg, and that does not stay good but for a few days
