PCT advice

Ok I from the early 80's all we had back then was Hcg. And I never really liked it. No anti E's that I could remeber.

I am 42 weigh 190lb don't have bodyfat measures but I have never been very fat Can still see four pack.

Going to take 200mgs Deca and 200mgs Primo EW for 12 weeks
and start weeks 1-4 with 30 mgs Anavar.

I know this may seem low but I get good results with any amounts.

First cycle in 17 years. Last time was when I was 25 yrs old.

What if any pct would you recommend for such mild steroids?

I have read that I do not need nolva for low androgenic types like these.

What and how long and when to begin?

PCT would begin 2-3 weeks after your last shot. Since you're using deca, I'd say start 3 weeks after your last shot of deca. Nolva only would be fine for that cycle I think, but as you're 42 you may want some HCG at the middle or end as well. Also, do you have any problems with ED? You might if you take deca without test, so think about adding 200mg/week of test as a replacement dose. You may not have had problems when you were 25, but at 42 they're more likely. I would use 40mg/day nolva the first week, 20mg/day for weeks 2 and 3, and that's it.

Thx No problem with ED, but I have considered adding in a small amount of oil based test like cypionate.

Is that the only reason you would use some test?

Would it affect the pct in any way?

Wouldn't affect PCT timing at all, deca is still the longest-acting hormone you're using. That's the main reason I would add the test, but test is also responsible for many other functions in the body... sense of well-being, mood, sleep, appetite, it's linked to lots of other areas that can affect training. Since deca and primo will supress natural test, makes sense to add some back in. You can have a great cycle without test, and not really notice it's not there, but in general.. why not have normal test levels? It can only help.
