Do they make remotes that allow you to fast forward, rewind, skip, -->, <--, and whatever to your screen while your PC plays the movie or displays photos in a slideshow type format?

Logitech Harmony remotes are the shit. They are a tad expensive but they can control ANYTHING in your house via one remote, connects to the comp via USB so you load all your device info that way. I mean if you only want to use it for the PC.. then this isn't for you.. and in that case just ignore this post.

A few companies make them now for people to control their PVR software that is running on the computer. They can control all kinds of apps.

The Firefly from Snapstream comes to mind off the top of my head.
