I use this on eBay and fucked up. Anyways, to make a long story short....

Do I need to have a credit card or bank account on file to send a payment?

Someone sent payment to an alternate account of mine that does not have a CC or bank account associated with it.

I tried to then send that payment to my primary account and it says my 'spending limit' is $0?

im trying to pay for my gear as we speak, does anyone know the ropes of using paypal when buying gear? id rather do a money order but i hear paypal is faster

I used paypal when I bought some stuff.......It was easy, they just transfer the $$ from your credit card (or debit-mine was debit) to the other persons paypal account...you just put the email address of the recipient.
I like that better than a money order, and especially better than Western Union where you have to pay all those damn fees.........
