Payments In A Gym???

If I pay for a 3 month package and I only come for one month..If I ask for some sort of refund...what would your gym do?????

after they get done laughing....

My gym, would come up with all kinds of early termination fees to pretty much eat up the remaining balance....

for example..

when I joined 24 hour fitness


I paid $700 for three years and the guy said that it would be prorated and refunded if I moved out of a 24 hour fitness area...I asked about fees...
here is what he said...

125 was application fee
400 was contract and facility fee which is not refunded

so, even if I quit the next day the most I could get back is....$175

but I am still with that gym and I like it so, all worked out.

besides....$700 for 3 years is pretty cheap
