I am now paying the price of using gear. My test level is F'd up. My thyroid is all jacked up. I have been training hard again and dieting and my F'd up wieght is jacked. I think I'm getting most of my strength back, but not completely. I would love some suggestions?
diet
7am protein shake
9 am 8 egg whites
noon 2 chix breasts w/plain salad
3 protein shake
6pm lean steak or chix breasts w/ plain salad
9pm protein shake
training 30 minutes training plus 20 minutes cardio a day.
I am staying a fat peice of SH_T! I am kinda pissed and need some suggestions. I have been off gear for roughly 3 years and last cycle of GH,Clen,Winnie,Cyp and deca, but I can no longer get these. I ain't going to chance going to jail. Married w/children. Any ideas? I was thinking of going to the local vet store down the street for Fin, but reading about it is kinda scarey?
