I had experienced issues with depression and anxiety in the past but am somewhat against medicating the symptons and went toward identifying the problems.
Not to be a smart ass but have you considered LSD as an aid to identify what is going on in your life to cause this?
This drug could open up a whole new perspective on life for you (or throw you into a hellacious fucking tormented 8 hours or so) but either way you will find your demons.
In addition I have found that some HIGH GRADE herb every now and then will help alleviate the symptoms
